RentalCover is an optional protection product offered through Airport Van Rental. It’s designed for rental vehicles and helps renters handle certain unexpected costs by using a reimbursement-style claims process.
How it works
You add RentalCover during your booking (or, if available, you may be able to add it later before pickup).
If there’s an incident, your rental company typically handles the on-the-ground process (roadside assistance, vehicle recovery/replacement instructions, incident reporting).
After your rental ends and the rental company has finalized any damage-related charges, you submit a claim online to RentalCover with supporting documentation.
