Find the confirmation email
Search the email address used for the purchase for “RentalCover.” Check spam, junk, promotions, and deleted items.
The message may include or link to:
Your RentalCover reference
Policy wording or protection documents
Proof of purchase
An invoice or receipt
Account or support instructions
Save the message and documents where you can access them during the rental.
Use RentalCover’s document instructions
Follow RentalCover’s policy document and invoice guide.
Use the same email address and purchase details connected to the protection. Labels and account options can vary by purchase channel.
If you purchased through Airport Van Rental
If you cannot find the RentalCover confirmation, contact Airport Van Rental. Open the Airport Van Rental Help Center and use the chat button.
Provide your Airport Van Rental booking number, main driver’s name, pickup date, and the email address used for booking. Airport Van Rental can help locate booking records or route the request, but RentalCover controls its policy documents.
Protect the documents
A policy reference, invoice, and identity record can contain personal information. Store them securely.
Do not post them publicly or send a password, security code, full card number, or unnecessary unmasked identity document through ordinary chat or email.
