Review the cancellation terms attached to your selected offer and latest voucher. They determine the cancellation deadline and whether the booking is refundable, partly refundable, or nonrefundable.
Check the rules for your rental company: Each rental company sets its own requirements. Before booking, open Rental Policies for the selected offer. After booking, check the latest voucher. After pickup, follow the signed rental agreement. Some Airport Van Rental screens call the rental company the supplier.
Before you cancel

Cancellation deadlines, fees, hold times, refund rules, and prepaid terms vary by rental company and offer.
Check:
The cancellation deadline and its stated time zone
The amount shown as refundable or nonrefundable
Whether any prepaid amount has separate terms
Whether the booking is still pending or already confirmed
Whether a requested modification created a replacement booking
Do not rely on a general homepage statement when your offer or voucher contains booking-specific terms.
How to cancel before pickup
Enter the Confirmation Number and Email Address used for the booking, then select Search.
Open Manage Booking, enter the booking number in Confirmation Number and the email address used at checkout in Email Address, then select Search.
Select the cancellation option when it is available.
Review any booking-specific cancellation summary shown before you confirm.
If no summary appears, or the amount or outcome is unclear, stop and contact Airport Van Rental.
Confirm the cancellation.
Save the cancellation confirmation, date, time, and reference number.
Check that any replacement or duplicate reservation has been handled separately.
Unless your voucher gives a different instruction, cancel through Airport Van Rental. Telling the rental company that you will not arrive may not update the Airport Van Rental booking.
Will I receive a refund?
The answer depends on the terms attached to your booking and when the cancellation is completed. Do not assume that every booking is freely cancellable or that every amount is nonrefundable.
If Airport Van Rental confirms a refund, the cancellation confirmation or support response should state the payment route. Do not assume where it will be sent. When a credit or released authorization returns to a card or bank account, the bank or payment provider controls how and when it appears.
Pickup, no-shows, and early returns
Missing pickup, arriving outside a rental company's accepted window, or failing to meet a confirmed pickup requirement can have separate consequences under the offer and voucher.
After you sign the rental company's rental agreement and collect the vehicle, questions about unused days, early return, or ending the rental are governed by that agreement and must be handled with the rental company. A change to the active rental does not automatically create a refund from Airport Van Rental.
