Each rental company sets its own requirements. Airport Van Rental shows those offer-specific rules during booking, and some screens call the rental company the supplier.
Before you book
On the selected offer, scroll to Rental Policies and open Rental Car Supplier's Policies and Rules.

Search for a rental vehicle using the correct location, dates, times, and main driver's age.
On the results page, compare the offers and select Select Vehicle for the one you want to review.
On the offer page, scroll to Rental Policies.
Open Rental Car Supplier's Policies and Rules.
Read the sections that apply to your trip before selecting Reserve.
Do not rely only on a short label shown on the result card. The detailed rules may contain conditions that depend on the renter, location, route, or vehicle.
What should I check?
Review the rules for:
Driver age and license requirements
Accepted cards and whose name must be on the card
Security-deposit amount and authorization method
Documents required at pickup
Mileage limits and excess-mileage charges
Permitted states, countries, borders, ferries, and roads
Pickup instructions, office hours, and late arrival
Fuel or battery return level
Additional drivers and optional extras
Cancellation, no-show, late-return, and early-return terms
If a section is blank, unclear, or inconsistent with another part of the offer, contact Airport Van Rental before booking. Save a screenshot of the conflicting text.
After you book
Open Manage Booking and review the latest voucher. It should contain the confirmed rental-company details, pickup instructions, price breakdown, and important conditions.
If Airport Van Rental issues a revised voucher, use the latest version. Ask for clarification before pickup if it differs from the offer you selected.
At pickup and after you collect the vehicle
Read the rental agreement before signing. Check the vehicle, dates, locations, authorized drivers, deposit, extras, protection choices, and charges.
After pickup, the signed rental-company agreement governs the active rental. A Help Center article explains the process but does not replace the offer-specific rules, voucher, or signed agreement.
