Canceling via "Manage Booking"
Go to the "Manage Booking" feature on our website.
Enter your confirmation number and email address.
Select the reservation you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel Reservation."
Provide a reason for cancellation and add additional comments if needed.
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Please note:
Prepaid or partial prepaid reservations: These reservations offer the best rates and are non-refundable if canceled.
Pay-on-arrival reservations: Cancellations are permitted according to the terms outlined during booking.
Canceling via Online Chat
Log into your Airport Van Rental account.
Click on the Intercom chat icon at the bottom right of your screen.
Start a conversation and we can assist you with cancellation.
Refund Timeline
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5 days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method or issued as a credit coupon for future bookings, depending on your choice.
