Driving in another area and returning at another location are two different permissions. Check both with the selected rental company; one approval does not create the other.
The rental company is called the supplier on some Airport Van Rental screens.
Each rental company sets its own territorial and one-way rules. Use the selected offer’s Rental Policies before booking, the latest voucher before pickup, and the signed agreement after pickup.
Driving in another city, state, province, or country
Before leaving the permitted area, review:
Geographic or territorial restrictions
Road or vehicle-category restrictions
Cross-border approval and required documents
Roadside-support limits
Fees or agreement changes
Each separate insurance, waiver, or protection policy
Before booking, use the selected offer’s Rental Policies. Before pickup, use the latest voucher. After pickup, the signed rental agreement controls.
Do not assume that travel is allowed because the rental company has another branch at the destination.
Returning the vehicle somewhere else
When booking:
Select Different Return Location in the Airport Van Rental search form.
Enter the exact pickup and return locations.
Review only offers returned for that route.
Check the total, any amount due at pickup, and the supplier’s one-way terms.
Confirm both locations on the final voucher.
A one-way or drop-off fee may be included, payable locally, or disclosed separately according to the offer. Do not assume every displayed total handles it the same way; check the price breakdown and Rental Policies for the selected offer.
Changing the return location after pickup
Contact the rental company before going to another branch. The change is not approved until the rental company confirms it and updates the agreement when required.
Ask for:
The approved branch and address
Opening hours or after-hours instructions
The revised rate and any fee
Written confirmation or an updated agreement
Airport Van Rental cannot approve a route or return-location change after pickup.
