Airport Van Rental does not have one universal deposit policy for every rental. Deposit amounts and payment requirements are set by the individual rental car supplier and may vary by location, vehicle type, rental dates, driver age, and payment method.
To check whether a deposit is required for your rental, review the supplier’s rental policies before completing your reservation.
How to Check Deposit Requirements
Search for your rental
Enter your airport or city, rental dates, pickup and return times, and driver age. Then click Browse Vehicles.
Choose the vehicle and supplier you want
On the results page, you will see available vehicles, prices, and rental suppliers. Since deposit policies are supplier-specific, make sure you select the exact vehicle, price, and supplier you are interested in.
Select the vehicle
Click Select Vehicle for the rental option you want to review.
Review the reservation page
After selecting a vehicle, you will be taken to the driver information page. This page shows your rental details, pickup and drop-off location, price summary, and optional protection products.
Scroll down to Rental Policies
Near the bottom of the page, you will see the Rental Policies section. This is where you can review important supplier information before reserving.
Open the supplier’s terms
In the Rental Policies section, click Rental Car Supplier’s Policies and Rules or Terms & Conditions. Look for sections related to deposit, security hold, credit card, debit card, and payment requirements.
Important Payment Information
The driver must present a valid driver’s license and a credit or debit card at the rental counter in the driver’s name. Debit card use may be restricted or not accepted at some locations, so it is important to review the supplier’s policy before booking.
Deposit rules can vary by supplier and location, so the best way to confirm the exact deposit requirement is to review the terms for the specific rental option you selected.
