You search and book through Airport Van Rental, then collect the vehicle from the rental company named in your confirmation. Airport Van Rental manages the booking service; the rental company provides the vehicle and rental agreement.
Check the rules for your rental company: Each rental company sets its own requirements. Before booking, open Rental Policies for the selected offer. After booking, check the latest voucher. After pickup, follow the signed rental agreement. Some Airport Van Rental screens call the rental company the supplier.
1. Search with accurate trip details
Enter your trip details, then select Browse Vehicles.
Example dates are shown. Customers must enter their own trip details.
Enter the pickup and return locations, dates, times, and the main driver's age. If you plan to return the vehicle somewhere else, select Different Return Location.
Accurate details matter because availability, eligibility, opening hours, and price can change with the location, time, driver, and trip type.
2. Compare the complete offers
Check Total Cost, then select Select Vehicle to review the full offer.
Example only. Price, currency, rental company, and availability can change.
On the selected offer, scroll to Rental Policies and open Rental Car Supplier's Policies and Rules.
Example only. Rental company rules and offer details vary. Read the policies attached to your selected offer.
Review more than the vehicle image or daily rate. For each offer, check:
In the current Price Summary, the reader-friendly terms Due Today and Due at Pickup appear as Due today and Due at pick up.
The vehicle category and passenger or luggage guidance
The rental company and pickup method
The total shown and the Due Today and Due at Pickup amounts
Mileage and fuel terms
Cancellation terms
The security-deposit and payment-card rules
The offer's Rental Policies
On the results page, choose Select Vehicle for the offer you want to review. On the offer page, scroll to Rental Policies, then open Rental Car Supplier's Policies and Rules. Some Airport Van Rental screens use supplier to mean the rental company.
If a key policy is blank or unclear, contact Airport Van Rental before booking instead of assuming a general rule applies.
3. Enter the booking details
Enter the main driver's name and other requested details exactly as they appear on the driver's documents. Review the price breakdown, any selected protection, and the cancellation terms before selecting Reserve.
4. Check that the booking is confirmed
A payment attempt or checkout screen is not the same as a confirmed booking. Check for a confirmation and voucher. If the booking needs additional review, follow the instructions you receive and do not travel to the rental company until the booking status is clear.
Save the voucher on your phone and consider keeping an offline copy.
5. Review the voucher before travel
The voucher should identify the rental company, pickup location, pickup instructions, booked vehicle category, payment breakdown, and important rental conditions. Read every page and compare it with the offer you selected.
6. Complete pickup with the rental company
The rental company checks the main driver, required documents, payment card, and deposit eligibility. Review the vehicle and every charge before signing. After pickup, the signed rental-company agreement governs the rental, vehicle use, and rental company charges.
7. Keep the final documents
Keep the voucher, payment receipts, signed rental agreement, condition report, and final invoice. These records make it easier to answer a question during or after the rental.
