Open Manage Booking with your Airport Van Rental confirmation number and the email address used at checkout. Your booking page and voucher should show the rental company details, pickup instructions, payment breakdown, and rental conditions to review before traveling.
Check the rules for your rental company: Each rental company sets its own requirements. Before booking, open Rental Policies for the selected offer. After booking, check the latest voucher. After pickup, follow the signed rental agreement. Some Airport Van Rental screens call the rental company the supplier.
How to open your booking
Enter the Confirmation Number and Email Address used for the booking, then select Search.
Go to the Airport Van Rental homepage.
Select Manage Booking. On a phone, open the menu icon first.
Enter your Airport Van Rental confirmation number in Confirmation Number.
Enter the email address used at checkout in Email Address.
Select Search.
Open or download the latest voucher.
Save a copy that you can access without an internet connection.
Your Airport Van Rental confirmation number and the rental company's confirmation number may be different. Keep both if they appear on your documents.
What to check before pickup
Review every page of the voucher and confirm:
The rental company name and exact pickup location
Whether pickup is at a terminal desk, rental-car center, off-airport office, shuttle stop, or meet-and-greet point
Pickup and return dates, times, and opening hours
Rental company telephone number and any arrival instructions
Main driver's name and vehicle category
Documents and payment card required at the desk
Any security-deposit or authorization requirement shown
Amounts already paid and amounts due at pickup
Fuel, mileage, geographic-use, age, additional-driver, and cancellation rules
Which information controls your booking?
Before pickup, use the Rental Policies attached to the selected offer and your latest confirmed voucher. If Airport Van Rental issues a revised voucher, use the revised version.
At pickup, read the rental company's rental agreement before signing. Once you accept the vehicle, that signed agreement governs the rental, including locally agreed extras and charges.
If the voucher, Rental Policies, or desk agreement do not match, pause before signing or paying for a material change and contact Airport Van Rental.
If something is missing or incorrect
Contact Airport Van Rental before pickup. Include:
Airport Van Rental confirmation number
Rental company confirmation number, if shown
Main driver's name
Pickup location, date, and time
A screenshot of the missing or conflicting information
Do not include a full payment-card number or card security code.
