There is no single minimum or maximum age for every rental. Each rental company sets its own age rules by location, driver details, and vehicle category.
Enter the main driver’s correct age at the scheduled pickup time before searching. An incorrect age can produce an offer, price, or vehicle category that the driver cannot use at pickup.
The rental company is called the supplier on some Airport Van Rental screens.
How to check the rule
Select the main driver’s age in the Airport Van Rental search form.
Open the Rental Policies for the offer you are considering.
Review the age section, any driver fee, and any restricted vehicle categories.
Check the latest voucher before pickup.
If the offer, voucher, and supplier rule do not agree, contact Airport Van Rental before pickup and save the messages.
Do not use a general age mentioned in another article or by another rental company. The selected offer’s rules apply before booking, the latest voucher applies before pickup, and the signed rental agreement applies after pickup.
What age rules can affect
Depending on the rental company and location, age may affect:
Whether the main or additional driver is eligible
A driver-related fee
Which vehicle categories may be rented
Licence or identification requirements
Payment-card or deposit requirements
Each additional driver must also meet the rental company’s rules.

Still need help?
Before booking, open the Airport Van Rental Help Center and use the chat button if the age rule is missing or conflicts with another screen. Have the pickup location, dates, main driver’s age at pickup, vehicle category, and a screenshot of the rule ready.
After booking, the rental company can confirm its driver eligibility and pickup requirements. Use the contact details on the latest voucher.
