The rental company is called the supplier on some Airport Van Rental screens. After pickup, it controls the return instructions and any change to the signed agreement.
Early-return rules differ by rental company. Before pickup, check the selected offer’s Rental Policies and latest voucher. After pickup, use the signed agreement and the rental company’s written response.
What to ask before returning early
Whether the branch accepts the earlier return time.
Whether the rental rate will be recalculated.
Whether an early-return or agreement-change fee applies.
Whether the return location, opening hours, or after-hours procedure changes.
When and how you will receive the final rental invoice.
Ask for the answer in writing and keep it with your signed agreement.
Why the final amount may not decrease
Rates can depend on the booked duration, rate type, promotion, and rental-company rules. A shorter rental may keep the original total, create a different rate, or produce another adjustment under the agreement.
Do not assume that an unused day is refundable. Use the rental company’s written answer and final invoice for your rental.
Who reviews a possible refund?
Start with the company shown as having collected the payment. It can explain the transaction or route the adjustment request to the responsible team.
Ask the rental company about amounts it collected at pickup or after the rental.
Ask Airport Van Rental about a mismatch involving an amount collected through the Airport Van Rental booking.

No refund timing or outcome can be promised until the responsible company reviews the specific transaction and terms.
At return
Follow the approved return instructions. Photograph the vehicle, fuel or charge level, mileage, and return location, then keep the receipt, inspection record, and final invoice.
