Return the vehicle to the confirmed location unless the rental company approves another location in writing. An unapproved return can create additional charges and may leave the rental open.
Check the rules for your rental company: Each rental company sets its own requirements. Before booking, open Rental Policies for the selected offer. After booking, check the latest voucher. After pickup, follow the signed rental agreement. Some Airport Van Rental screens call the rental company the supplier.
If you have not booked yet
Select Different Return Location, then enter your pickup and return locations before choosing Browse Vehicles.
Example dates are shown. Customers must enter their own trip details.
Select Different Return Location.
Enter the pickup location, then enter the new location in Return Location.
Review the rental company, vehicle, mileage, price details, and Rental Policies for that route.
Confirm that the booking voucher shows both locations.
Availability and pricing can change by route, vehicle, rental company, and date. A different return location available for one search does not mean every route is available.
If you have booked but not collected the vehicle
Request the change through Manage Booking or Airport Van Rental support before pickup. Do not assume the change is accepted until you receive an updated confirmation or voucher.
A location change may recalculate the rate, taxes, one-way amount, mileage allowance, rental dates, vehicle, or rental company.
If you already have the vehicle
The signed rental agreement now controls the vehicle’s return. Call the rental company before taking the vehicle to another branch and ask for written instructions that identify:
The approved return address
The required return time
Any change to fuel, charge, or mileage terms
Any added amount
How the vehicle and keys must be handed over
Do not leave the vehicle at another location without approval.
