Read the policy wording issued for your purchase, then ask RentalCover if you need help interpreting it. Airport Van Rental cannot decide whether an event, vehicle, charge, or claim is covered.
Coverage can vary by policy, customer, vehicle, destination, and other conditions.
Find the correct policy
Use the policy connected to your RentalCover reference, not a general webpage or another customer’s document.
If you cannot find it, follow the RentalCover policy document and invoice guide.
Review these sections
Look for:
Definitions: What important words mean in that policy
Benefits or coverage: The events and costs described by the policy
Limits: Any maximums or sub-limits
Exclusions: Events, vehicles, uses, or costs the policy excludes
Conditions: Steps you must follow before or after an incident
Evidence: Documents needed for a claim
Territory and eligibility: Where and for whom the policy applies
RentalCover’s inclusions and exclusions guidance can help you find the right information. Its not-covered overview is general guidance; your issued policy still controls.
If something has already happened
Follow immediate safety and rental-company reporting steps first. The rental company is called the supplier on some Airport Van Rental screens.
For rental-company requirements, check the selected offer's Rental Policies before booking, the latest confirmed voucher and its offer-specific rules before pickup, and the signed rental agreement after pickup. Those documents govern the rental-company side; your issued RentalCover policy and RentalCover's claim decision control RentalCover coverage.
Keep the signed rental agreement, incident records, photos, final invoice, payment evidence, and messages. RentalCover decides whether the policy responds after reviewing the claim.
Do not assume a claim is approved because an event appears in a general Help Center article.
Protect your information
Use RentalCover’s secure claim or support channel for policy and claim documents. Do not send a password, security code, full card number, or unnecessary unmasked identity document through ordinary chat or email.
Still need help?
Use the RentalCover Help Center for policy interpretation, exclusions, eligibility, or a claim decision. Have your RentalCover reference and policy wording ready.
Contact Airport Van Rental only for a booking record or help locating which provider should handle the question. Contact the rental company for the vehicle, signed agreement, or rental-company charge.
