Request the final rental invoice from the rental company. Airport Van Rental can provide information about a booking payment, but the rental company normally issues the signed agreement, return receipt, and final invoice.

Use the rental company’s receipt process or contact the return location using the information on the signed agreement or voucher. Provide:

- Rental-agreement number
- Main driver’s name
- Pickup and return locations
- Pickup and return dates
- Vehicle details, if requested

Do not send a full card number or card security code.

Check the final invoice against the Airport Van Rental voucher and signed rental-company agreement. Review:

Contact the rental company first for its final invoice and return records. Contact Airport Van Rental if you need a booking-payment record, the rental company remains unresponsive after reasonable attempts, or the invoice appears inconsistent with the confirmed booking. Contact RentalCover for its policy or claim documents.
